What do the Morris Feminists do?
The Morris Feminists is an organization formerly known as the Women's Resource Center. Every year the organization puts on several events on at the University of Minnesota Morris campus. These include Take Back the Night, Love Your Body Day, The Vagina Monologues and Equal Pay Day.
What is The Gender and Sexuality Center?
The Gender and Sexuality Center is a merge of the former Women's Resource Center and the Queer Resource Center. The GSC will serve as a meeting space for groups such as the Morris Feminists, Equality, and the Women of Color Association. The GSC will also store books, videos, and materials the individual groups need for events.
How can I get invovled?
If you want to become involved with the Morris Feminists simply join our e-mail list at the Activities Fair, or come to a meeting! All are welcome! (Meeting time TBA)
