University of Minnesota, Morris chapter of Habitat for Humanity

Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit, Christian-based ministry dedicated to eliminating substandard housing and homelessness worldwide, and to making adequate, affordable shelter a matter of conscience and action. Habitat invites people from all faiths and walks of life to work together to build houses with families in need. Habitat has built over 50,000 houses around the world, providing more than a quarter of a million people with safe, decent, and affordable shelter.

UMM Habitat for Humanity is a small group of people with the U of MN, Morris campus doing big things around our small community. Once in a while we expand our outreach and do related projects in warmer states.
